Following the Cacao opening ceremony, you will receive instructions from your facilitator on how to do the special breathing technique, you will start the active detox breathing. This initial phase focuses on deep diaphragmatic breathing that intentionally fuels the body with pure oxygen which later allows the body/mind complex to transcend into altered states of consciousness, where all the magic takes place āØ
During the session, your instructor uses the power of music, tones, and frequencies to motivate and calibrate the mind for transformation. This process rebuilds your neural pathways. Using NLP techniques mixed with powerful motivational messages (in conjunction with the breathwork) you begin to break down old habits and patterns of self-sabotage that are replaced with positive affirmations and healthier belief systems.
As the positive energy and oxygen begin to build in the body, three (3) things begin to unfold #1. The body begins to LET GO to all the things it has been holding onto. This could be all the stress/anxiety from last week, or deep-seated trauma from 20+ years ago. #2.
